Tired of hearing how "Avatar" is the most wonderfullest, neatest, highest grossingest movie ever?  Well, when adjusted for inflation, it's not even close. 

There's a cool list on boxofficemojo.com that adjusts the all-time biggest grossing movies ever for inflation.  I like this!  People weren't paying $9 for a ticket in 1930-whatever when "Gone with the Wind" came out!  Back then it cost like a wooden nickel.  So when you put the box-office tallies on even ground, "Avatar" currently ranks at #33 behind flicks like "Star Wars", "Butch Cassidy", "Sleeping Beauty", "Shrek" and tons more!
