It’s 31-cent scoop night at Baskin-Robbins tonight. This is a great event – cheap ice cream and it supports firefighters. It’s from 5pm-10pm.

If you don’t have a Baskin-Robbins near you, I suggest walking into any place that serves ice cream and demanding the same deal. If they refuse, tell the local firefighter union and they will be sure to “clean” the restaurant owner’s car with high powered hoses.

This deal is only for a small cone and doesn’t apply to larger sizes. I have found a way around this regulation by ordering 10 small single-scoop cones and asking them to hold 9 of the actual cones.

So get out there and grab the cheap calories for a good cause! And grab a scoop of cookie dough for me.
