My Hair

Jon's hairAs you all know, I have a glorious head of man hair. My locks have been known to reach my middle upper back area. As great as this is, it does present some problems. Such as, how do I keep it shiny without breaking the manly “no conditioner” rule?  Also, what manly activities am I missing out on? I can’t tell you the secret of my flowing and shiny mane; suffice to say it involves seaweed and snot. However, I can tell you I don’t let my hair anywhere near a radiator fan. I do get asked a lot, “When and why did you decide to grow out your hair?”  Well, I was in 10th grade, and decided to grow it out a little; you know just to see what it was like. Soon I started to get compliments, and I realized that I didn’t look like a big eared 12 year old with long hair. Now my hair length is a part of my identity. It would be hard to remove it from me, except maybe against my will as I sleep.

if you want it to be shiny without using conditioner, put a little bit of olive oil on your hands, and apply it to your hair (like, midway down. if you put it on the roots, it will look greasy pretty quick)
