The Doug and Jon Show takes your privacy very seriously. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not sell, share or rent any personally identifying information about you.  Below are specific guidelines describing how your information is used.

We will never knowingly request or accept personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, to remain consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998.

Registration

In order to register (which is not required to view or navigate the site, only to post a comment or upload a picture or video) the following information is requested: username (which is a Nickname, NOT your real name), password, email, and date of birth.

The email collected is for the purpose of confirming your Doug and Jon Show profile.  If you are under the age of 13 years old, your email is deleted from our system after the initial confirmation email.

Emails are not shared, sold, or used for any soliciting purpose.  If you are over the age of 13 years old, we may contact you to confirm specific requests, deliver email newsletters you request, inform you of new materials and special offers, or provide information we think may be of particular interest to you.

Creative Submissions

If you choose to upload (electronically submit) a video, animation, photo or text anywhere on the thedougandjonshow.com website, you grant The Doug and Jon Show a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to that information at its sole discretion, including storing it on thedougandjonshow.com servers and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed.

If you do not wish to grant thedougandjonshow.com these rights, it is suggested that you do not submit information to this website. The Doug and Jon Show reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove information from the thedougandjonshow.com website at any time at its sole discretion.

By submitting media to this site, you are representing and warranting that said media is free of copyright protection by third parties and you agree to indemnify and hold the Doug & Jon Show, it officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their successors and assigns harmless from any costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any claims inconsistent with such warranty and representation.

**Media containing any personal identifiable information will be immediately removed from consideration and deleted.

Response

Email submission is optional in the response section of the website.  If you submit your email, it is used for a onetime contact and then deleted.  These emails are not shared, sold, or used for any soliciting purpose.

How to Change or Modify Your Permission at Any Time

If you wish to remove your online submission from our website, you can contact us here or write to The Doug and Jon Show Coordinator: P.O. Box 400, Harrison, AR 72602. Be sure to clearly indicate your screen name, and a brief description of your submission. We will retain your e-mail address and any other information you provide only until we've removed your submission. If we have questions about your correspondence to our "remove submissions" mailbox, we may write back to you one time for further clarification.
To remove yourself from any email lists, click on the unsubscribe link that is provided in every email you receive from us.

Logs

The Doug and Jon Show uses log files to track trends, activity of users, and to improve the overall user experience. These log files contain information about what domain you are coming from (i.e., AOL.com, Google.com), what browser software and system software you use, and what pages were visited on our site. This information is utilized by authorized The Doug and Jon Show personnel only. Any archived information is utilized for statistical purposes only.
